St. Pius X Guatemala Mission Trip
Week 1: June 10th-17th, 2024 (full)
Week 2: August 4th-11th, 2024 (student & chaperone spots available)
Cost of the trip: $1,700 (all inclusive)
Payment can be made cash or check. Please make all checks payable to: St. Charles Church Student Mission. For an online payment option, please contact Lindsay Young at lyoung@spxkc.org or 816-453-3450 ext 150.
Payment schedule is as follows:
o Deposit (Wk 1 -Oct. 11/Wk 2 -Dec 1st): $200
o Friday, January 12th: $375
o Friday, February 16th: $375
o Friday, March 15th: $375
o Friday, April 26th: $375
Fundraising: Students and parents are welcome to get involved in several fundraising opportunities throughout the year including ENCHANT at the Legends, Chipotle Night, Midnight Madness, 50/50 Raffle, T-shirt fundraiser, SAVERS clothes drive, parish appeals, and Guatemala Jeans Days, etc. Information about fundraising opportunities will be communicated via email and at Guatemala monthly meetings.
Everyone, including adults, must have a signed “Code of Conduct” form to attend.

- Valid Passport
- Insurance Card
Check the Trip Agenda and suggested “Packing Guidelines” as you plan your packing.
Luggage: Each participant is asked to bring one large piece of luggage to check and fill with donations of clothes, hygiene items, and school supplies or the San Andres families that we support. They may also bring a carry-on item and personal item for their own personal trip needs. After the checked bag is packed and weighed at our Guatemala Packing Party at the end of the trip you will take them home with you or can leave the bag as a donation.
