St. Pius X Guatemala Mission Trip (June 9th-16th, 2023)
Cost of the trip: $1600 (all inclusive) Checks payable to: St. Charles Church Student Mission. Payment schedule is as follows:
o Deposit (Oct. 7th): $150
o Friday, Dec. 2nd: $350
o Friday, Feb. 3rd: $350
o Wednesday, April 5th: $350
o Friday, May 5th: $400
Fundraising: Students, reach out to your parishes and pastors and see if you can receive assistance from your parish to offset your trip costs! I have done it in the past and there are always people willing to donate. If you need help with this, I am more than glad to help.
Everyone, including adults, must have a signed “Code of Conduct” form to attend.
Please bring in or email the following:
- Valid Passport
- Insurance Card
Check the Trip Agenda and suggested “Packing Guidelines” as you plan your packing.
Luggage: Each participant is asked to bring two pieces of prepackaged check-in luggage and two carry-on items for their own personal trip needs. We ask that you provide two empty pieces of approved check-in luggage they will be packed to transport donations of hygiene, clothing, and school supplies for the San Andres families that we support. After the bags are packed and weighed, you will take them home with you. Bring it to the airport when we depart. All bags will return home with you.
