St. Pius X Guatemala Mission Trips
Week 1: June 10th-17th, 2024 Week 1 payments are due by Friday April 26th.
Week 2: August 4th-11th, 2024 Week 2 payments are due by Friday June 21st.
Cost of the trip: $1,700 (all inclusive)

Fundraising: Students and parents are welcome to get involved in several fundraising opportunities throughout the year including ENCHANT at the Legends, Chipotle Night, Midnight Madness, 50/50 Raffle, T-shirt fundraiser, SAVERS clothes drive, parish appeals, and Guatemala Jeans Days, etc. Information about fundraising opportunities will be communicated via email and at Guatemala monthly meetings.
Everyone, including adults, must have a signed “Code of Conduct” form and "Libility Waiver" to attend.
Please bring in or email the following:
- Valid Passport
- Code of Conduct form
- Liability Waiver
Check the Mission Itinerary and Packing List as you plan your packing.
Luggage: Each Week 1 participant is asked to bring one large piece of luggage to check and fill with donations of clothes and school supplies for the San Andres families that we support. It is recommended that you get this large piece of luggage at a thrift store that you wouldn't mind leaving behind at the end of the trip to save costs on baggage on the way home.
Each person may also bring a carry-on item and personal item for their own personal trip needs.
