This page provides resources for students (and parents as well) for career assessment and career information. Most are links to online resources.
The "How Do I Become One?" link is a good, general starting point for a student that is just searching for a career choice (look at the bottom of the page). This is a good link for underclassmen to navigate.
The Occupational Outlook Handbook is the best resource on the Internet that provides information about various careers. A typical description will inform the reader of the nature of the work, education and training needed, starting salary, median salary, physical labor one might entail, projection over the next ten years or so about the career's growth, related occupations and careers, and additional places to write for further information.
My Majors is an excellent career assessment link that matches interests with college majors [available to your left]. There are some possible free giveaways associated with the link.
