Pilgrimage to the Holy Land 2023

Dear friends of SPX,

I want to personally invite you to join me on a life-changing pilgrimage to the holy land. This will be my fourth trip, and there’s a reason why I keep going back. Every time I go, my faith is renewed and expanded.

It is so easy for our faith to become boring, to seem outdated, or to seem irrelevant. A trip to the holy land brings the Bible alive. It can help us become closer to Jesus: when we breathe the same air he breathed, walk on the same paths he walked on, sleep in the same cities where he slept, we can't help but be moved and changed.

It is certainly an investment to make this trip (and, by the way, I have negotiated to make this price as low as possible), but it is an investment which will pay dividends for the rest of your life. We will be doing some fundraising, so we’re going to try to bring that cost down even more.

Not only is this a powerful religious experience, but it is a wonderful opportunity to broaden our horizons and see the intersection of three major cultures.
