St. Pius X High School would like to welcome Anthony Simone, ‘02, as Head Football Coach for the 2020-2021 season. Anthony has been a coach and administrator for the Necco Raiders, a youth football organization, for the past 13 years. Anthony was a three-sport athlete when he attended St. Pius X, and went on to play football at MU and William Jewell. Anthony will be the 8th head football coach at St. Pius X, following Coach Rick Byers. Coach Byers led the Warriors to State four times, winning three state titles in 1998, 2000, and 2002. His teams have also has won nine District Titles.
