Starting October 1st, any student with a lunch account balance greater than $-20.00 has had PowerSchool access turned off. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for the opportunity to feed your student!
Please feel free to call or email me if you have any questions @ 816-453-3450 x113 or mwitherow@spxkc.org
SERVICE HOURS
We are almost finished with the transition to another system to enter and track service hours for students. Thank you for your patience! Until we are finished, you are able to download and print the service hour form from the website and submit the old way to Mrs. Bohr. When complete the process will change COMPLETELY for your students. It is a great opportunity to visit with them about service in general, they will have the primary role in logging their hours with the new system.
As we are transitioning we thought it a good opportunity to clarify some parameters for service hours.

St. Pius X High School requires each student-athlete to have medical and consent forms. We have entered into a partnership with Healthy Roster as our online health forms platform. This platform replaces Dragonfly Max. You should have received an email from Healthy Roster on setting up an account to complete your student-athlete’s paperwork. Below are instructions for creating an account. We ask all families and student-athletes to complete their profiles no later than October 25nd for winter student-athletes, and February 18th for spring student-athletes. If your son or daughter competes in a fall sport, they have everything completed and do not need to do anything.
If you have not received an email invitation to join Healthy Roster, please contact Courtney Wohlwend with the following information:
- Athlete First and Last Name
- Athlete Date of Birth
- Athlete Gender
- Athlete Graduation Year
- Parent email
The physical examination forms are valid for two years from the date the evaluator signs it, unless otherwise noted. All other MSHSAA consent forms must be updated and signed annually. If your physical examination is valid for another year, we will transfer those forms from the previous system for you, but you will still need to create a profile and e-sign additional documents.
St. Pius X High School does NOT accept paper copies of these forms. Questions? Please contact Courtney Wohlwend (cwohlwend@spxkc.org)
