The Giuseppe Sarto Award is given in recognition of outstanding service to St. Pius X High School. In general, it is intended to show appreciation for significant and voluntary contribution to the advancement of the school. It can be awarded to any one in the St. Pius X Community.
The first recipients of the awards were Bob Griggs, Mr. & Mrs. Ralph Lewis and Mr. & Mrs. Carl Schembri in 1969. Last year's recipient was Carrie Emmons. Carrie is truly, to use the cliche, a "one in a million" - there are few volunteers who consistently sxhibit the time and energy necessary for every project she has underataken for St. Pius X. She is an inspiration for all of us, andher actions and comittment to St. Pius X have truly enhanced the spirit of the St. Pius X community.
To nominate an individual for the 2023 Giuseppe Sarto Award, please complete the nomination below by August 1, 2023.
